Ruby on Rails : Capitalize the character of Multi Word String

Example code :
<% str = "how_are_you? are you feeling good?" %>

<%= str.split(/\s+/).each{ |word| word.capitalize! }.join(' ') %><br>
<%= str.gsub(/^[a-z]|\s+[a-z]/) { |a| a.upcase }%><br>
